(TJRC) was established in 1986 as an investigations company and has been licensed since then by the State of Texas, License #A04999 to perform any type of investigation. Our primary focus is to assist creditors and/or plaintiffs in their pursuit to collect outstanding active judgments.

President and founder of TJRC, Charlie E. Moreno, has over 48 years of credit, collection and skip trace experience along with 37 years of financial, asset and general investigation experience. This experience combined with his in-depth knowledge of the pre and post judgment collection processes lends credibility, expertise and professionalism to our work products. Mr. Moreno graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA in Management in 1973.
TJRC also entered the private legal process field in 1987. Since then, the company has handled tens of thousands of legal documents, i.e. citations, subpoenas, etc. We can deliver process throughout the State of Texas. All associates on staff are experienced private process servers certified by the Judicial Branch Certification Commission of Texas.
